Intro

Hello, my name is Leandra N. Jackson (24). I’m an aspiring actress/screenwriter from Springfield VA. When I was growing up I loved watching TV. All of the excitement and the storylines kept me entertained. I knew from an early age that I wanted to entertain people. I would like to give people that same excitement that I have when I perform. For me watching interviews of people in the entertainment industry has helped me stay motivated. It gives me hope that no matter where I am in my life and no matter how tough things get, my dreams can still become a reality. In May 2012, I was presented with a great opportunity courtesy of Riverbend Films. I was chosen to be an extra in their upcoming independent film, “The Quantum Suicide of Sophie Miller”. After being behind the scenes, I thought it would be a good idea to interview the cast and the crew. One of my goals is to inspire others to follow their dreams. As I’m trying to fulfill my dreams I wanted to help others fulfill theirs, too. I will be doing interviews to help those who have a strong interest in being in the entertainment industry and who have or are currently involved in a production.
